Steven Don (Chairperson) Steven is now the chairperson of Breast Cancer 2000. He is the son of our late chairperson Doreen. Steven is 39 years old, lives in Milngavie. Regional Manager for waste and recycling company. Assisted and supported BC2000 since started by his Mum. Grateful to the Western and Beatson for the care and support given to Doreen over the years. Committed to fulfilling Mum's goal of raising £1M, looking forward to meeting the challenge.
Jeanette Falconer Having a couple of minor scares myself and having several friends who have been treated for cancer I decided this was a charity that I would personally like to do something for.
Alistair Don Alistair is Doreen's husband and joined as a Director in October 2002 to look after the finances. He is eternally grateful to The Western Infirmary and The Beatson Oncology Centre for the care and treatment Doreen received some 17 years ago and is a willing supporter of her initiative in starting Breast Cancer 2000 and her determination to raise as much as possible for both units.
